Hey Microsoft 365 (ie: Office) has options for free Office products for nonprofit libraries or 501(c)3 companies. If you go to https://products.office.com/en-us/nonprofit/office-365-nonprofit-plans-and-pricing you can see the options. You just have to have a rep sign up for verification with techsoup here https://www.microsoft.com/about/philanthropies/product-donations/apply-now/ It takes about 30 days to verify through the IRS that we qualify. But it would be nice to have updated services on the computers throughout the COG.
I am doing it for one of my other companies I work for. Just thought I would share.
Hey, also some other cool resources at Tech Soup: http://www.techsoup.org/?gclid=CIvd6KLi4MsCFQFahgodwlwPdQ
Also for Non-profits. Microsoft, Quickbooks.. I think you can still pick up a full version of Autodesk Professional for $99.00.
